Commercial cover?

I am leasing a commercial property and am paying my landlord rent and insurance each month. Can you tell me what the insurance I pay covers me for? I have my own insurance for my business.

Alll insurance packages cover various things, each specific to the product bought. You are entitled to request from your landlord a copy of the policy terms and conditions so that you can familiarise yourself with your cover.
