Gidday, I need some advice around my next step please. I have owned a rental property in Tauranga for 18 months, it has $150,000 left on the mortgage and is negatively geared. I currently rent up in Auckland. Just wanting you to help to point me in the right direction as I'm currently just winging it, thanks.

Hi, it’s a bit hard to answer as I am not sure what you are wanting to achieve. Do you want to buy more property or improve your cashflow or something else? If you can advise in regards to what you are wanting to achieve and also what the property is worth I can advise further.
