Receipts for Tribunal claim?

We have a Tenancy Tribunal hearing claiming bond money from tenants for damage caused. We have paid for two portions of our claim but only have quotes for the loss of a clothes dryer and painting. Are we going to be declined because the painting has not been done and we have not replaced the dryer? Our property manager has not told us we actually needed to get receipted invoices.

While we cannot guarantee the outcome of any application, in order to give your application its best chance of success, claims for costs or damages should include copies of all invoices, quotes or receipts. In making a judgment an adjudicator will take into account the age and condition of the premises, the depreciated value and the cause and extent of the damage. Applicants should note the availability of photos their application. Photos should not be attached to the application rather they should be presented at the hearing. Applicants in this situation should provide three copies (e.g. a copy each for the other party, you and the adjudicator).
